The hotel is conveniently located near bus stops with easy access to the city center. the budget rooms are cozy, with comfortable mattresses and soundproof windows that keep the noise out. the breakfast buffet is delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from.
The staff's English proficiency is limited, making communication a bit challenging.

The hotel staff were very helpful and patient with me in my attempts to speak Russian. My impression was that the hotel had recently been revovated as my room was is excellent condition as were the breakfast room and corridors. Although the Hotel is on the south side of the River a few kms from the city centre there are buses every few minutes that can take you to the city centre. There is a bus stop a few hundred metres from the hotel by the trade centre. Bus No1 goes from the train station through the centre over the river and past the hotel....a lot cheaper than getting a taxi! Good buffet breakfast
Rooms at the front are near a busy road which is noisy until late at night. With the windows closed this is no problem though.

this is an acceptable value for money option for kja considering siberian price levels. comfort is basic, but the rooms are clean and staff is helpful and friendly. however, the hotel is on the south bank of the river, so a bit further away from downtown (15 to 20 minutes by bus). don't count on english speaking staff.
rooms facing the road can be a bit loud

I had a great stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the delicious breakfast buffet that offered a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a short distance from downtown.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Very good value for money. A very clean and welcoming hotel. Perfect buffet for breakfast.
A bit far from the city centre (about 4 kms), but there is a bus stop just outside the hotel. (Bus ticket : 13 rb roughly 0.30 euro !!!)

The breakfast was good and the room was fine, with a comfy bed and a baby cot provided. The night staff were also very pleasant, a rare thing in Russia. The hotel was located near a bus stop and cafes.
The location was far from the city center and we had to take a pricey taxi ride to go anywhere. The internet also didn't work properly, despite being advertised, and we could only connect on the fourth floor.

Had a great weekend! Clean and cozy rooms, and the staff were really kind and helpful. Loved the location, there was a bus stop just next door with easy access to downtown. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot to choose from. Bonus points for the comfortable mattresses and the sound proof windows, which made it really quiet.
The rooms were a bit small, but still comfortable. Some staff members didn't speak much English, which made communication a little harder.

When we arrived the night staff were very nice, a rare thing in Russia. Breakfast is good and the room was ok, if a bit small. They brought a baby bed for my baby, that was nice. The only bad thing is that it is far from downtown, a taxi ride is 400rub. The internet also works only on the 4th floor, and not as advertised.
